HARRIET

Harriet is usually your first contact and, with her experienced eye and finely tuned aesthetic sense, will help you select the right framing solution. Harriet co-ordinates everything with genuine dedication ensuring that the best results are delivered every time.

After graduating with a BA(Hons) in Fine Art, Harriet managed a successful original print gallery in Chelsea going on to found Artlease, a company which leased artists' prints to the business world. Harriet was also director of the Square Gallery in Highgate and eventually was the founder and director of the Harriet Green Gallery showing contemporary art in Soho, London.

DAVID

David is responsible for creating the interior look of 169 Bermondsey Street, the workshop setup and studio. He ensures everything runs smoothly, enjoys working with Harriet and the team in finding creative solutions to challenging framing problems. He is the buyer of the antique frames, prints and maps.

David studied in London and Paris, he has an MA (Hons)Fine Art from the  Royal College of Art; a practicing artist who has exhibited in the UK, abroad and in New York with a British Council Travel award. He was, for many years, a part-time university lecturer and visitor in fine art and was co-director of the Harriet Green Gallery. He also founded the Block Studios, an open access studio for printmakers in London and worked freelance for a leading corporate image design company on leading projects.

Nick, Will, Jerome and Oto complete our skilled workshop and studio team,  all practicing fine art graduates with years of experience in their areas of specialisation, they pride themselves on attention to detail and their craftsmanship. We also work with experienced specialists whose approach and attention to detail mirrors our own: they include paper conservators, vintage poster conservators, oil painting restorers, watercolour restorers, frame restorers and gilders.
