Get a flavour of this old, antiques area starting at 169; once an inn, a leather warehouse, a famous hat-makers, now our workshop. Discuss your framing requirements, pick up some ideas for your home or work interior. Learn a bit about the long and varied, local history from our collection of maps and prints . On Friday get up a bit earlier and visit the Antiques Market or on Saturday the Farmers' Market in the newly developed Square where foundations of the 11th century Bermondsey Abbey may be seen in Del Aziz Restaurant. Visit the local galleries, boutiques and the stylish Fashion and Textile museum
and then try some of the wonderful pubs & bars, restaurants, cafes and in the evening go to the pictures at our arthouse cinema Shortwave.
